Gabi and Stefanie are such beautiful souls and I had the best time photographing them around the gardens of the Cummer Museum. We were blessed with the most beautiful summer evening as we weaved in and out of the lush gardens along the river front.

Hailey and Andy were married at the Rodman Plantation in Palatka, Florida on a beautiful hot summer day.
These two are adorable and I had the best time photographing their engagement session and wedding day. Hailey made a banner that adorned the entrance of the venue titled, “Oh Happy Day”. This was so perfect because that is exactly how their day was. Happy. I bet you wouldn’t believe me if I told you their was a torrential downpour an hour before their ceremony. The rain went away and out came the most beautiful sunny day that was made for the Owens.
It would only make sense Hailey got ready at her families lake house she grew up spending summers at.
I swear no-one posed her dog.
Way back when, I used to be a 3/4 grade teacher. Man that feels like a lifetime ago. Any who, I was assigned an intern teacher and that is how I met Allison. She was so kind and really took the time to invest in me as a teacher. Realizing that we had a lot in common and when we made the connection that both of our mom’s names were Judy, we decided we must be friends. Years later, we are both out of teaching and she has the cutest little family who I got to photograph. It’s always special capturing times like this for your close friends. This session was at Washington Oaks State Park just south of St. Augustine!
Side note/ When I was living in Maine I was not able to make Allison’s baby shower, but I sent her a gift which was a little wooden sailboat which made its debut in this session.
This couple + their outfits + the location makes me happy. Justin and Jessica wanted their engagement session to be on the water in Downtown Jacksonville, so off to Stinson Park we went. And what a pretty evening it was and you would never know if from the photos that this couple braved the 95 degree weather. Jessica you owned your hair with that humidity! I really enjoyed this session and I am so excited about their Epping Forest Yacht Club in Jacksonville this fall!
Andrew and Karen’s classy little Engagement session was awesome! These two are so much fun and we had the best time exploring downtown St. Augustine! We started out at the Downtown Marina and worked our way towards the Casa Monica where we had a little impromptu coffee and treat stop! I am super excited about Karen and Andrew’s wedding next spring!
